I’m an entrepreneurially-minded software engineer and an expert in Rails, passionate about building profitable products. Over the years, I’ve launched seven products with varying degrees of success, but I never shy away from a challenge and always learn from my mistakes.

At Saker, we’ve created many applications for clients ranging from large corporations to other founders. We specialize in crafting applications from concept to production. Recently I co-founded Yodl, a marketplace startup for content creators to make money selling their skills and knowledge to their followers through 1:1 video chats.

When I’m not working, you can find me golfing, reading scouting reports for the NFL draft (depending on the time of the year), cooking, or learning something new on YouTube.

Milestones

2009

This is the first iteration of a product studio named after the two founders.

That summer, I began learning Objective-C to create iOS apps to create extra income.

2010

Launched first product: Equations-All-In-One (iOS)

2012

Launched first game: Evil Eddy (iOS)

2014

Graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biosystems Engineering.

2015

Began career as Software Engineer

mid-2015

Started learning Ruby on Rails (and quickly fell in love)

2017

Launched first SaaS product: BuildCannon

2018

Started Saker Technologies, LLC

2022

Founded first “official” startup: Yodl
